Shipping Coverage
We ship to all locations across India where our courier partners operate. International shipping is not currently available.

Timeline starts after dispatch. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Process
On delivery day:
- Inspect the package for damage before accepting
- Open and verify contents in front of delivery agent (recommended)
- Report any damage immediately by noting it on delivery receipt
Failed Delivery:
After 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available: Yes (₹50 COD charges apply)
Limit: Orders up to ₹25,000
Note: Not available for all pin codes
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged in transit:
Contact us within 48 hours at anujapte.retail@gmail.com with photos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund.
Lost packages:
Contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate and provide replacement or refund.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control
- Provide accurate delivery address and phone number
- We don't ship to P.O. Boxes
- Address cannot be changed after dispatch
- All prices include GST
