To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

✓ Original packaging – Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories
✓ Tags attached – All original tags and labels must be intact
✓ Proof of purchase – You must provide your order number, invoice, or receipt
✓ Pre-approved – Return request must be submitted and approved before shipping items back

No cost to you: We cover all shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
